Duotone

For this project, I used studio photography and documentary photography to achieve a photojournalistic approach, and I asked Maya to write whatever she felt went along with the photos. I felt the dynamic nature of her handwriting added to her personality, and juxtaposed that with nicely laid out photos and lots of white space.
